The Moving Average Rainbow strategy employs 12 EMAs to predict market trends and inform position entries. Traders can modify MA types and lengths, examining the relationships and positioning of MAs in relation to price action. Entry signals are determined by the mean of these MAs and the sequence of specific ranges, alongside price interactions with MAs to set stop losses and take profits. This system also includes mechanisms to handle trend reversals and adjust targets accordingly.
