TradeSearcher is a SaaS platform that enables users to search for the best trading strategy backtests from our database, which is derived from TradingView strategy backtests.

Account creation

Users can create a free account with TradeSearcher to access our services. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

Premium Subscription

TradeSearcher offers a premium subscription with additional features. A free trial may be available for the premium subscription. Users can opt to buy the paid premium subscription after or during their trial period.

Promotions and coupons

From time to time, TradeSearcher might offer promotions or coupon codes for our premium subscription. Such promotions will be subjected to additional terms and conditions, as specified at the time of the promotion.

Refund Policy

If you are under a free trial period, you will be charged at the end of your trial unless canceled. We do not provide refunds. All sales are final. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription accordingly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the circle at the top of the website and going to your profile.

Data and Affiliation

We utilize snapshot data from TradingView for our backtest strategies. However, we do not own this data and are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by TradingView. TradeSearcher is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the data obtained from TradingView.

Limitation of liability

While we strive to provide accurate and updated information, TradeSearcher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or utility of any information provided. Users are responsible for their trading and investment decisions. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Payment and refund

Payment for the premium subscription is due upfront. In the event of any problems or disputes regarding billing, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your billing statement at contact@tradesearcher.ai. Refunds, if applicable, will be made at our sole discretion.

Termination

TradeSearcher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law
