Kitchen strategy utilizes supertrend and stochRsi indicators across 1-hour and 4-hour timeframes to ascertain trend directions for effective entry and exit points. For a buy signal, both supertrend indicators must be positive and the stochRsi must breach the oversold line within the past 15 bars. Conversely, a sell signal requires both supertrend indicators to be negative and the stochRsi to fall below the overbought line. Trades are exited when supertrend confirms an opposing condition on the 1-hour chart.
