How does the QQE MOD + SSL Hybrid + Waddah Attar Explosion strategy work ?
The QQE MOD + SSL Hybrid + Waddah Attar Explosion strategy for TradingView combines multiple indicators to identify potential entry and exit points for trading. It operates under the following conditions:
- Long entry: Triggered when the QQE Mod indicator turns Blue, signaling a bullish trend. Concurrently, the SSL Hybrid indicator should also be Blue with the price positioned above the Moving Average (MA) Channel line, indicating upward momentum. Additionally, the Waddah Attar Explosion indicator must be Green and positioned above the Explosion line, suggesting increased market volatility and strength in the movement.
- Short entry: Activated when the QQE Mod indicator changes to Red. In this case, the SSL Hybrid must also turn Red, and the price should be below the MA Channel line, suggesting downward momentum. The Waddah Attar Explosion indicator should be Red and remain above the Explosion line to confirm market volatility and a strong bearish trend.
Risk is managed by setting a cap of 2% account risk per trade, with a stop loss (SL) sized by the swing low/high of a configurable number of previous candles. Take profit (TP) points are determined by the SSL Hybrid EXIT arrow signals.
For optimal performance, the strategy developer recommends applying this strategy on a 1H timeframe. To improve trade entry and exit identification, add SSL Hybrid and Waddah Attar Explosion indicators separately on the chart with matching settings as within this strategy’s code.
